All Services come with a complimentary phone call with a RN/IBCLC to discuss your needs and determine which service would be best for you and your family. After Clicking “Schedule a Consultation” we will be in contact with you to set up your complimentary phone call and work with you to chose appointment date/time that fits your schedule. Each of the following services include flexible appointment times and all (except 30-minute phone call) will include a 1-week follow up secure-messaging support.
In-home Lactation
Face-to-face personal Lactation Consultation with me, Theresa Hope Madoun RN, BSN, IBCLC in the comfort of your own home
Assess mothers breasts, and newborn oral anatomy
If applicable, I will observe a full feeding. This option allows for prime visualization of latch & positioning
Virtual Lactation
Up to 60 minute HIPAA Compliant video consult with me, Theresa Hope Madoun RN,BSN, IBCLC on smartphone, tablet or computer in the comfort of your own home
Sit down together (virtually) and discuss feeding experiences, challenges and goals
If applicable, I will observe a full feeding and work through recommendations for proper positioning and latching techniques
30-minute Phone Call

HIPAA phone conversation ( no video) to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about breastfeeding, pumping, milk storage, etc.
In-home Baby Nurse
One hour visit by a RN/IBCLC in the comfort of your own home
The purpose of this visit is education and support on basic care activities such as bathing, clothing, and feeding your baby

Prenatal Lactation Consult
Feeling overwhelmed with the idea of breastfeeding but not sure where to start? A prenatal consult is the best place to begin your breastfeeding journey. Prenatal consults include the following topics:
normal newborn behavior and what to look out for in the early days postpartum
how often to breastfeed/pump after delivery
Safe Sleep guidelines and the importance of Skin-to-Skin
Education on proper latch and various positioning
Addressing specific questions and concerns
